– driver updates and dispatch communication,
– customer service follow-ups, and
– other time-sensitive operational messages.
VAT INC does not send mass marketing or promotional messages through SMS. All messages are sent individually between our employees (dispatchers, brokers, or managers) and our business partners, drivers, or customers.
Opt-Out:
If you ever receive a message in error or wish not to be contacted by text, simply reply STOP and we will remove your number from our contact list.
Message Frequency & Fees:
Messages are only sent as needed. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Privacy:
Your phone number and message content are used solely for operational communication and are never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
